Recommind’s Decisiv Search and Matters & Expertise tools will overhaul the firm’s information management infrastructure
August 22nd, 2011 – Recommind, the leader in predictive information management software, today announced that Allens Arthur Robinson, a leading international law firm, has selected Recommind’s Decisiv Search, Matters & Expertise and also the QwikFind toolbar, to update the firm’s knowledge management and enterprise search capabilities. Based on Recommind’s CORE (Context Optimised Relevancy Engine) platform, the deployment will provide sophisticated information management capabilities across all of Allens Arthur Robinson.
Recommind’s predictive information management software will be available to Allens Arthur Robinson’s 1800 employees in its 14 offices throughout Australia and Asia. Initially, Decisiv Search will be run over the firm’s existing knowledge repository, followed by the addition of the Matters & Expertise module to overhaul the entire enterprise search process. With the added Matters & Expertise module, employees will be able to easily locate colleagues with the most relevant experience and knowledge to answer a specific query, regardless of where they are based. Furthermore the implementation of Recommind’s QwikFind toolbar will provide easy access to Decisiv Search from the desktop toolbar to Microsoft Office applications; search will always be a query away.
