LONDON & SAN FRANCISCO, 04 February, 2009 - Recommind, a leading provider of enterprise search, email management and eDisclosure solutions for enterprises and law firms, today announced that Mills & Reeve LLP, one of the UK's leading full-service law firms, has selected Recommind's MindServer Enterprise Search platform to boost the firm's knowledge management capabilities.

Recommind's MindServer Enterprise Search solution will provide Mills & Reeve's six UK offices and up to 850 staff with the means to quickly access a host of internal and external information sources. The platform will integrate with the firm's existing data repositories, including its Interwoven Worksite document management system (DMS), its Tikit Firmware practice management system, the firm's Softlink library catalogue, Intranet and Extranets and the external PLC (Practical Law Company) knowledge service. Mills & Reeve also plans to add additional external publisher sites and websites using the MindServer system, and possibly powering search capabilities for the firm's external websites in the future, including www.mills-reeve.com and www.divorce.co.uk.

The all-encompassing search solution will provide Mills & Reeve's lawyers with easy access to all relevant information across the firm, regardless of where any piece of information is stored, saving staff valuable time in their daily processes. In addition, using Recommind's unique QwikFind™ utility which provides an embedded search window on the desktop and within all Microsoft Office applications, employees are able to search and find know-how from wherever they are working, whether they are drafting a document, reading an email or browsing the internet.
