Collect Only What is Needed

Costly processing charges are avoidable. In this early stage analysis, relevant data is accessed in its original location saving valuable time because you can look at and perform light analytics on the data before processing begins.  Culling can be done at the document source to expedite the process and reduce the amount of data to be processed. This culling is performed to the individual item level (for example, only specific e-mails and attachments are returned, not entire Outlook .pst files). As all relevant metadata and full text are extracted as part of this process, processing charges are greatly reduced.
