Senior Technical Consultant/ Litigation Technology Specialist (San Francisco, Boston)
Areas: E-Discovery or Litigation Support Position Overview: The Technical Consultant is responsible for the implementation and support of the Axcelerate and Insite eDiscovery and legal hold applications.
Responsibilities:
Install and configure eDiscovery and litigation hold products for Recommind's customers
Provide technical and functional support for proprietary platforms, including:
First-level support for and resolution of technical issues
advice and explanation of functional and configuration options
Prioritize and effectively manage customer requests
Work closely and coordinate tasks with other members of the team
Report and document details of technical and functional issues
Update and draft technical and user documentation
Position Requirements:
BS Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
2 + years experience implementation and support with complex IT solutions
Experience in a law firm or litigation support vendor
1+ years experience and technical knowledge of MS SQL Server, networking and Windows Server OS
Ability to explore and understand the business context in which Recommind’s products operate within the enterprise, and the business challenges that accompany its implementation
2+ years direct experience with technical consulting and support to external customers
Ability to comprehend and apply workflow and client functionality to products
Capacity to develop quickly a deep understanding of customers’ business and technical environment
Ability to relate technical or functional issues to both, the technical and business environment of the customer
Ability to express complex technical and functional concepts effectively, both verbally and written
Familiarity with XML/XSL, Regular Expressions, Perl, Command Line
Exceptional analytical skills
Ability to travel minimum 25%

Experience with Enterprise Search Products
Working knowledge of T-SQL and MS SQL Database Admninistration
