This position is expected to generate qualified sales leads through out-bound calls, emails and tradeshow events. In conjunction with the field sales team, develop and execute a plan to build an opportunity pipeline of Fortune 2000 Companies and Law Firms. Follow-up effectively on all leads developed or provided through marketing activities. Manage all information using Salesforce.com. Additional responsibilities:
• Develop a knowledge of Recommind products, services and solutions
• Conduct research on target companies and verticals
• Proactive calling of 50+ outbound calls a day
• Secure appointments for sales team
• Meet or exceed monthly targets
• Communicate regularly with sales team about leads and targets
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to drive new leads
• Deliver weekly reports on call activity, lead and opportunity generation
Requirements:
• 3+ years inside sales development experience working for a technology company
• Consistently ranked as top performer and proven track record exceeding lead and activity targets
• Demonstrated success developing new leads in Fortune 2000 accounts and AmLaw 200
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills via email and telephone
• Proactive, highly motivated and results-focused
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Enterprise software experience desired
• BA or BS required
