Responsibilities:
This position is directly responsible for developing a channel strategic plan, recruiting, training and managing a select number of channel partners to support the Recommind eDiscovery product line (Axcelerate ECA & Collection, Axcelerate Review & Analysis). You will be managing new and existing partnerships and driving opportunities in conjunction with the partners to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives. The candidate will be able to demonstrate all the products in order to assist the channel in their selling activities. The Channel Manager will be the conduit between the Partners and Recommind’s Direct Sales organization, Marketing and other departments.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience recruiting, training and managing resellers, consulting firms and SIs;
- 5+ years experience in software sales and eDiscovery sales
- Experience selling technology solutions into Legal, IT, Information Security, senior level decision makers;
- Prior experience in channel account management with a quota and commission structured environment is required;
- Demonstrated ability to articulate both the business value and technical benefits of product solution;
- Excellent communication and presentation and demo skills;
- Strong usage of metrics and ability to accurately forecast on an on-going basis;
- Consistently ranked as top performer in prior sales experience
- Independent, entrepreneurial, and results-focused
- Met or exceeded quota for last three selling years
- BA or BS required
- 25% - 50% Travel Required
