Lead Customer Support Analyst
The Customer Support Analyst will provide support to internal, external and prospective customers by taking ownership of and resolving customer service requests. This is a new role so will require an experienced, savvy and resourceful individual, who likes building a new department as opposed to maintaining an existing one.
Primary duties & responsibilities:
- Log and track technical issues that are reported by customers and assist with troubleshooting questions, maintaining in-depth knowledge of the current problem;
- Be the customer’s advocate by conducting regularly scheduled meetings with the customer to review issues, open change requests, upcoming planned events, and satisfaction issues;
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Pro Services staff that support and implement applications for customers;

Recommind is actively looking for a Senior Product Manager, someone to drive product strategy, market requirements, positioning, channel development and the corresponding partner ecosystem to deliver Recommind solutions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for prioritizing and managing the product roadmap, features & functions, as well as driving solution/product areas outside and inside the company. This is a hands-on position where you'll spend significant time with customers learning about what they need, helping make sure it gets built, and helping sales collect the PO.
Specific responsibilities:
- Manage the product requirements process; getting input from customers, prospects, partners, Sales people, Engineering, Support, external market trends and competitors in defining a cohesive set of deliverables that are market-driven and can be feasibly delivered by Engineering.
- Produce Market Requirements Definition (MRD), Use-Case documents, and Functional Descriptions for existing and new products. Devise effective processes with Engineering to effectively communicate these requirements throughout the Engineering team.
- Own the Product Launch process, including defining and tracking schedules, creating and managing the product roadmap, the support offerings and processes, the product and support terms & conditions, and other product-related deliverables.

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Marketing, - MBA is not at all mandatory but is a plus
- Strong technical background is a major plus - particularly in the areas of search, e-mail management, machine learning, document/content management, and/or collaboration

- Successfully launched multiple software products- with target customers in the Fortune 500 / Global 2000
